SPRAY GUN
By means of the Spray Gun by the HVLP type, the efficiency of the coating is able to be Increased and feasible to implement the coating of the film/sugar, exchanging the nozzle only quite easily as well

Discharge Chute
These improved methods are enabling to be collected directly inside the currently utilized Basket in the plant by means of attachable and simultaneously detachable chute.

Electrical / Pneumatic Components
Electrical and pneumatic components is aligned effectively, therefore the maintenance can be performed convenient and promptly.

Buzzer
Whenever the alarm situation is happened, the buzzer will be sounded. Depending on the importance of alarm situations the buzzer will work with the different sound and light.

Emergency Switch
Emergency switches are located in two parts (Operation box and Control box).
When emergency switches are pushed, the alarm is working with constantly buzzing.

Door Check Sensor
When the door is open, the machine should not be running for the safety.
Therefore, door check sensors are installed in four doors. If the door is open, he machine will stop with alarm constantly buzzing.

- For safety purpose, pneumatic motor to be installed
- Feasible the controlling of speed of impeller
- Movable and washable
- Keeping temperature by means of tracing of electric heater
- In case of sugar coating
