This machine makes various sizes of capsule filling is possible through
exchanging of change parts. SF-40N capsule filling machine is used for
various industries like chemical, pharceutical, animal food and food.
This machine can produce maximum 40,000 cap/hr. For pellet filling, the
maximum capacity is 31,500 cap/hr.
The operation processes is like below basic cycle.
01) Capsule inserting and separating.
02) Segment Moving
03) Upward movement of cap segment & forward movement of body
segment.
04) Pellets filling(option)
05) Powder filling.
06) Segment moving.
07) Ejection of faulty capsule.
08) Segment moving.
09) Downward movement of cap segment & backward movement of body
segment.
10) Capsule closing.
11) Discharge of filled capsule.
12) Segment cleaning.
Buzzer
Whenever the alarm situation is happened, the buzzer will be sounded.
Depending on the importance of alarm situations the buzzer will work with
the different sound and light.
Emergency Switch
Emergency switches are located in two parts (Operation box and Control
box). When emergency switches are pushed, the alarm is working with
constantly buzzing.
Door Check Sensor
When the door is open, the machine should not be running for the safety.
Therefore, door check sensors are installed in four doors. If the door is
open, the machine will stop with alarm constantly buzzing.

AUTO CAPSULE POLISHING MACHINE
The dust on the surface of capsule will be removed by this facility.
It is consisted of simple structures with brush, shaft and brush cover.
Every part
can be assembled and dismantled easily for convenient maintenance. |

It is loading powder automatically to hopper by the vacuum theory with the sensor.
It is possible to operate with the automatic mode by the sensor and
with the manual mode by the timer.
