① All the controlling is able to be implemented on the touch screen by the operator.

② All the conditions as well as the corresponding value is being indicated on the touch screen as well.

③ The same structure has been organized between pre-pressure & main pressure so that it make a tablet using tablet thickness and filling depth which is controlled by motor in touch screen. The figure are displayed in touch screen.

④ The absorber with air booster that it changes hydraulic pressure to the air pressure. It protects punch and other parts of machine

⑤ The unique of the auto lubricating system has protecting upper & lower punches , rails and pressure rolls.

⑥ It makes a simple the electric wiring using PLC(programmable logic controller).

⑦ There are safety sensors for the protection of operator and logic controller).machine. If there are problem it makes an alarm, and stops a machine.

OPTION

A.W.C
AWC system has the role to check and keep the proper pressure
automatically. AWC is checking the pressure if it is proper comparing to
the set value with load cell. If there is difference from set value, weight
motor will move up or down. This function makes the system to minimize
the bad tablets’ rate.

AWC is analyzing the auto pressing control and making the production
process into the document. AWC connected with the machine is
controlling the necessary process and keeping proper weight and
thickness through controlling the pressure. After collecting and calculating
every data, the process record can be printed.

Every equipment (computer, printer, monitor & keyboard) is installed in the
AWC control panel.

DEDUSTER
It removes dust on the tablet. This machine is using vibration to remove
dust on the tablet. It can also connect with dust collector. If it connects
with dust collector, dust collector inhale dust directly and make an air
shower to the tablet. It is more clean a tablet.

DUST COLLECTOR
If it connects with machine, it inhales dust strongly. It makes a clean
inside of a machine. And if it use with deduster, it inhale out of dust.

AUTO POWDER LOADING SYSTEM
It is for the auto loading of powder into powder hopper by vacuum system.
It don’t need anymore put powder into hopper. It is loading powder
automatically. It can control automatically by sensor or it can control
manually by timer. It is easy way to assemble or disassemble to clean or
repair.

C.A.F(Constant Amount Feeder)
If there is bad fluidity powder or a variable powder, it supplied fixed
quantity to feeder. It supplies fixed quantity using motor by sensor. It is
attractive using for weight variation or bad fluidity.

UTS(Universal Tablet Testing System)
The existing facilities are by the pressure of A.W.C, it is for the real weight
inspection.

It makes feedback to check tablet totally. It get sample in fixed time to
check weight, height, diameter and hardness. It is analysis system for the
measuring tablet.
